• Approach potential partners across all western boroughs e.g. libraries, arts departments, educations service, voluntary groups, writing groups
• Set up a working party to develop project and bid for funding and discuss evaluation and aims
• Run an introductory workshop/ presentation to raise awareness and develop feedback ideas
• Develop template for story writing and telling sessions
• Run one pilot project in each area to gauge interest
