West London Story Bursaries - Recipients Announced
The Western Wedge is very pleased to announce the recipients of the West London Story Research and Development Bursaries. Recipients receive £1500 and work with borough officers to realise their ideas. We aim to showcase some of these works in progress at Open Weekend 2009, a cross-London event to celebrate London’s cultural landscape, 24th - 26th July 2009.
Constantine Gras: A 3 year project telling the story of West London’s waterways
Liane Lang: An investigation of the history of artists studios in West London
Ray Rankine: Moving temporary structure which depicts movement through West London
Cecile Trijssenaar: A video wall installation that interprets the Olympic creed through the stories of people from the 204 Olympic nations that have made their home in West London
